These are all used in Fortune 500 companies around the world, and most have been in use for 20+ years. Many of them are available in multiple languages.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation. It explains nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. Each Enneagram type has a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview. Understanding the nine worldviews leads to professional growth, deeper understanding, mutual respect and collaboration.
Using business oriented Enneagram activities and materials, I help teams increase their effectiveness. Team members develop a shared understanding of how each of the nine types prefers to collaborate, communicate, resolve conflict, make decisions, give and receive feedback, and work as a team.
Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire
This tool helps you learn about your Enneagram type and its related core motivations, strengths, challenges, blind spots, and patterns of feeling, thinking and behaving. It illuminates areas of stress and strain in your life and provides tools to help you become more effective and be more satisfied at work and at home.
Team Performance Model
The Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model® is a map to effective, productive teamwork. It describes seven lenses of group process, each with its required questions to resolve. I facilitate start-up and team improvement activities based on the results of an online team performance survey which I debrief with the team.
Prosci® Change Management Process
The Prosci Change Management Process uses a research-based, individual change model called ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement) that represents the five milestones an individual must achieve in order to change successfully. ADKAR gives leaders a framework for helping people embrace and adopt changes.
THE THOMAS Kilmann Conflict MoDE Indicator (TKI)
The TKI helps you discover which of five conflict-handling styles --competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating-- is your preferred "mode." You also learn about the most appropriate uses for each conflict-handling style and how to increase your comfort level with your less used styles.
The Hogan Assessment Suite
The Hogan Assessment Suite includes three online assessments that 1) Summarize your values and describes the types of culture you will create as a leader, 2) Describe your strengths and developmental needs as a manager and executive, and 3) Provide insights about your behavior that could potentially undermine or inhibit your performance.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator®(MBTI) is a self-report questionnaire that indicates 16 variations of preferences in how people restore their energy, perceive the world, make decisions, and their orientation around implementing plans. The indicator provides a common language for the team to appreciate differences and discuss team issues.
Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI®)
The Leadership Practices Inventory is a 360-degree assessment tool based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model. It illuminates both the effectiveness of your leadership and the level of commitment, engagement, and satisfaction of those that follow you.
