I have over twenty-five years experience coaching leaders and teams to perform to their potential and make a lasting impact in their work and in the world. I bring a partnering mindset, deep, insightful listening, and a creative, holistic approach to every engagement.
Throughout my career I've been fascinated by the tension between our human need for connection and our desire to amplify results through collaboration, which bumps into the fact that we are designed for survival and have emotion-based reactions that make us focus on ourselves. I am passionate about cross-cultural communication and how to help teams with diverse members make the most of their differences and achieve synergy. I managed intercultural training programs at Procter & Gamble in Japan and led organizational transformation and leadership development efforts at Hewlett-Packard. My clients include Nike, Sony, US Cellular, CH2MHill, Genworth, The Port of Portland, The Standard, Social Venture Partners International, Waggener Edstrom, and the Washington Department of Labor & Industry.
In my off time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, photography and spending time with my husband Carlo and our cats Cammie and Jasper. I also read. A lot!
